• The client will be held responsible for any damage to studio equipment and will incur charges accordingly.
• Food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the studio, and a penalty will be imposed for violations.
• Upon arrival at the studio, only individuals included in the booked session are permitted inside. Those who have added extras to their group package will also be accommodated.

• Please arrive at the scheduled time.
• A maximum of 10 minute grace period is provided for your slot.
• If you arrive after the grace period, your session duration and the ability to select prints online may be reduced.
• If you fail to attend your scheduled session, your slot will be forfeited.

• You can change your appointment without charge after making your payment, but only up to 1 day before your scheduled time.
• During the lock-in period before your scheduled time slot, refunds and rescheduling without charge are not permitted.
• For refunds made before the lock in period, a service fee (5% of your package excluding add-ons) will be deducted from your balance.
• A rescheduling fee (50% of your package excluding add-ons) will be charged should you wish to reschedule your slot after the lock-in period takes effect.
